Locations
There are two to find in 21 possible locations. What does that mean? Do they randomly change location or something? Biggest GTA Fan EverTalk 03:56, 6 June 2009 (UTC)
They don't change location, they stay in the set location till you find them
How to collect on PSP version
I have the PSP version of GTA CTW, I have completed the main story, destroyed all 100 securety cameras, all side missions and all the other stuff for 100%. Now i neeed to collect lions of fo, I always see them but when i try to collect them it dosent work, I stand there and nothing happens.
