American Girl reference?

Yeah I know this sounds a bit weird, but could she be a (subtle) reference to Molly McIntire from the American Girl series? As I pointed out in this thread, while the fact that they shared the same name, hair colour and both wore glasses, there appears to be more to it than just those two, so much that it seems to be more than a mere coincidence.

A friend of mine pointed out that in A Spy on the Home Front, Molly befriends a German-American family with the surname Schultz, and to top it all off, Fritz Schulz works as both a farmer and at a garage in Weston, Illinois of all places. Concidence, or did R* suddenly take cues from a children's book/toy series of all things? Blakegripling ph (talk) 05:27, June 12, 2016 (UTC)
