| − | I think that the NOOSE Tactical Response Unit may not be based off of the NYPD ESU, but instead the [http://www.cbp.gov/xp/cgov/border_security/border_patrol/special_oper/srt/national_srt.xml US Customs and Border Protection Special Response Team]. First off, since NOOSE is a federal agency, it would make more sense that the TRU be based off of a division in a federal agency, and not a division in a local agency. Also, about the hypotheses that NOOSE (specifically the LC Patriotism and Immigration Authority) being part of the LCPD, my hypothesis is that Rockstar either did not have enough disk space, or were just too lazy, to make another model for the Patriotism and Immigration Authority, so they just used the LCPD model instead. Same goes for NOOSE's vehicles computers, they just used the LCPD computers for either of the same reasons about the uniforms. Also, I wouldn't be surprised if there is a Vice City Patriotism and Immigration Authority, or a Los Santos Patriotism and Immigration Authority, etc., all collectively being part of NOOSE. Lastly, the LCPD page says that the department is underfunded, so they can't afford a tactical team, and that their tactical response comes from NOOSE Tactical Response Unit. NOOSE uses heat-seeking missles?
I wonder who put that there, LOL. But seriously, the TBOGT mission Corner Kids, it is revealed that at least one NOOSE team keeps an RPG in their truck, but it's not a heat seeking bazooka. It is the RPG-7 in GTA IV and EFLC, and they do not use it. 88FanNASCAR 20 July 2010, 20:44 (UTC)
