Yeah, I got trapped in the freezer once in the slaughterhouse. I activateds the switch and ran inside by accident. CJ yelled "Get me out of this freezer, Rosenburg!" So Actually you don't fail the mission. But I think you do if the player and Ken Rosenburg are stuck.
