The Tankcar is a freight railroad car used to haul liquids. It appears in Grand Theft Auto IV (And Episodes), as well as Grand Theft Auto V.

Tank Cars are found around the map's abandoned rail lines, rusted-out and useless.
GTA V
Tank Cars come in three colors: Black, white, and orange-red. (However, only the orange-red ones are actually hauled by trains.)
