The Tear Gas Launcher is a weapon that was cut from Grand Theft Auto V[1]. It was supposed to be used by the police when the player is hiding somewhere where police officers can't reach. In the final game, law enforcement uses Tear Gas grenades instead. Judging by the name, it was likely a heavy weapon.
