The Blackmailer, appears in the mission Call and Collect in GTA IV. Hired by Tom Goldberg, he is instructed to blackmail Francis McCreary with photographs; threatening his job. Niko Bellic is ordered by Francis McReary to kill him and get photos from his corpse.
