The Planetarium is a nightclub located in Liberty City in GTA III. All of the broadcasting of Rise FM (hosted by Andre the Accelerator) is done from this location in the game. However, the nightclub does not actually make a physical appearance in GTA III or GTA: Liberty City Stories.
