Antonio Jose Chiroldes Carbia, also known as Tony Chiroldes (born April 3, 1962 in San Juan, Puerto Rico), is a Puerto Rican actor, singer and voice artist.
Career[]
Chiroldes appeared in A Show of Force, La guagua aérea, MisteRogers' Neighborhood, Adrift in Manhattan, BioShock, Onion SportsDome, América and The Wailing.
He provided the voice of Pepe in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. He also provided his voice in another Rockstar Games title, Red Dead Redemption, as well as in The Walking Dead: The Game - Season 3 video game.
