Tooled Up is a hardware store, that also acts as a weapons store, in Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. The store is located in the North Point Mall in Vice Point, Vice City. The store was not open in 1984, but had by 1986. Tommy Vercetti can purchase various tools from the store, which he then uses as weapons. Tommy Vercetti must also rob the store to gain 100% completion for Vice City.
