The Tramp TR4 is a roadster featured in Grand Theft Auto: London 1961.

Design[]

Grand Theft Auto: London 1961[]

The Tramp TR4 is based in both name and appearance on the Triumph TR4, "tramp" being a British term referring to a "long term homeless person who travels from place to place". The Tramp TR4 serves as a newer counterpart of the Tramp TR3, featuring more angular designs cues that reflect the shift to 1960s trends and the Triumph TR4's 1960s roadster styling.

Performance[]

Grand Theft Auto: London 1961[]

Despite being a newer car, the Tramp TR4's performance, like the Tramp TR3's, ranks below that of the MCMK2, and is even slightly worse than the Tramp TR3's. The car has average but slightly poorer top speed, grip, acceleration and handling. However, the car fares better in grip.

Rewards[]

Grand Theft Auto: London 1961[]

  • The Tramp TR4 is worth slightly more than a Tramp TR3 when exported: The player is given a base payment of £800 when the TR4 is delivered in mint condition.

Trivia[]

A resprayed Tramp TR4 without its boot lid.

  • Respraying of the Tramp TR4 at a spray shop may often result in the boot lid of the car being removed, exposing the car's engine.
  • The Tramp TR4 assumes the car ID of GTA London 1969's S-Cart (#14).[1]
