Trev is an unseen character in the Grand Theft Auto series.

Trev is a musician who was a member of the band The Ambulance. In 1984, Trev began using a wheelchair, though the reason why is never stated. He received a 10% cut of the band's takings until the band split later in 1984 after lead singer Crow left.

Trev may be based on either Andy Summers or Stewart Copeland, the other members of The Police (which The Ambulance is based on), even though neither Summers or Copeland has ever used a wheelchair.
