The Wellard appears to be inspired by the [[wp:Allard P1|Allard P1]], evidenced by the internal name of the car, "ALLARD", as well as its 2-door sports saloon-like design and design of the frontal fascia. However, the driver compartment is shorten backward, presumably to exaggerate the length of the engine compartment (similar to the [[Jefferson]]).

Wellard

The Wellard, as depicted in Grand Theft Auto 2.

The Wellard is a vehicle in Grand Theft Auto 2 that can only be found in the Downtown District of Anywhere City. The Wellard is the only vehicle, apart from the Special Agent Car, which gives the Respect power-up when crushed.

The Wellard appears to be inspired by the Allard P1, evidenced by the internal name of the car, "ALLARD", as well as its 2-door sports saloon-like design and design of the frontal fascia. However, the driver compartment is shorten backward, presumably to exaggerate the length of the engine compartment (similar to the Jefferson).
