Willowfield Homes is a housing project in Willowfield section of South Los Santos. It's controlled by the Rollin' Heights Ballas.The project has allways been Ballas terf every since the 1980s starting off as their main hang out. It resembles the Jordan Downs & William Mead Homes housing project in Los Angeles.
