Willowfield Homes is a poverty-ridden housing project in Willowfield, Los Santos. The projects are controlled by the Rollin' Heights Ballas, but can be taken by the player for the Grove Street Families. The project is based on one of the many housing projects presented in the South-Central section of Los Angeles.
